Warranty

All products marketed by My Social Cash AD. are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must consider the invoice that together with the purchased goods

The manufacturer's warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging and / or available on the website www.mysocialcashofficial.com and in the appropriate area. This service is provided by the manufacturers of goods, through their service centers. The references of these assistance centers are provided by My Social Cash AD. The word "Europe" indicates the original European import company and not the product. If, an intervention customer from an Authorized Assistance Center, the problem is that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if supported by My Social Cash AD. The constructive guarantees on the products. they do not cover: - the replacement of consumables (batteries, etc.), - abnormal or non-compliant use of the products), - faults (and subsequent consequences) due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized by My Social Cash AD. - Faults (and subsequent consequences) have an external cause (for example: accidents, shocks, lightning, power surges ...) In any case, my Social Cash AD. it is not possible to be held responsible for the possible refusal of the manager in applying the guarantee for the reasons previously stated. In the event that the repair is not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will proceed to a quote. Administrative costs will be requested by the manufacturer in case of refusal to pay the estimate. In case of agreement, the customer is making a bank transfer, equal to the total budget, to the order of My Social Cash A.D.

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. N. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (a physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, My Social Cash AD. provides for the restoration of product conformity by repair / replacement or price reduction, until the contract is terminated. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, there should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Service, as well as the transportation costs if incurred by My Social Cash A.D.

The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working at the first ignition), subject to the existence of the conditions for the application of Legislative Decree n. 24/02, will be carried out only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The times of replacement or possible repair of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer. Note: DOA is not applicable to EUROPA products.

In the hypothesis in which, for any reason, My Social Cash AD. if it is not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the prior consent of the Customer, to replace the product itself (if still listed) or with another of equal characteristics and value.

No damage can be requested from My Social Cash AD. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ... ); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
